Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SBR Worldwide, LLC ("Write85", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Write85 (the "Service") or visit write85.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address (which is your username), name if provided, company name, and plan details.
• Training content. The writing samples, guidance, knowledge documents, and brand materials your account's administrator uploads to train your company's voice.
• Usage content. The requests you type, files you attach, and the content the Service produces for you.
• Usage data. Aggregate word usage against your plan allowance, feature usage, and technical logs (such as login attempts) used to operate and secure the Service.
• Payment information. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by FastSpring, our merchant of record; we receive order confirmation details such as your email, the product purchased, and the amount.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: producing writing and images from your requests and your account's training.
• To operate your subscription: metering your monthly word allowance, provisioning accounts, and sending transactional email such as password setup messages.
• To secure and improve the Service, including preventing abuse and fixing problems.

We do not use your training content or your generated content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. How your content is stored

Each customer account's training content and history are stored in that account's own isolated space and are never shared with, or visible to, other customers. Original uploaded files are retained so your training can be reviewed and managed by your administrator.

4. Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the Service:

• AI providers (including Anthropic and OpenAI): your requests and the relevant portions of your account's training content are transmitted to generate your writing and images. These providers process the data to fulfill the request under their API terms, which do not permit them to use API data to train their models.
• FastSpring: payment processing, sales tax and VAT, and subscription management as merchant of record.
• Postmark: delivery of transactional email such as welcome and password messages.
• Hosting provider: the servers and database on which the Service and your content are stored.

5. Cookies

The Service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The marketing site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Team administrators can delete individual training items at any time inside the app. If your account is closed, your stored content may be deleted after a reasonable period. To request deletion of your account or data, email sam@samrichter.com.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and customer content is isolated per account at both the database and file level. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for and maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.

8. Children

The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
