This Privacy Policy explains how SBR Worldwide, LLC ("Write85", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Write85 (the "Service") or visit write85.com.
We do not use your training content or your generated content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
Each customer account's training content and history are stored in that account's own isolated space and are never shared with, or visible to, other customers. Original uploaded files are retained so your training can be reviewed and managed by your administrator.
We share information only with the providers needed to run the Service:
The Service uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The marketing site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your content stays in your account while it is active, and you control how long it is kept. Any user can delete their own writing, images, and saved chats at any time, and account admins can delete any writing or image in the company. Admins can also set an automatic retention rule that removes unfavorited writing after 30, 60, or 90 days; the default is to keep it. Generated images and carousels are removed after 90 days unless favorited. Favorited items are kept until deleted. Saved chat conversations are private to the user who saved them and are never visible to admins or teammates. Usage records used for billing are kept separately and are not affected by content deletion. Team administrators can also delete individual training items at any time inside the app. To request deletion of your account or data, email sam@samrichter.com.
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and customer content is isolated per account at both the database and file level. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for and maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.
The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
